The 1st4sport Certificates Self-Service portal allows you to:
- Access your achievement records
- Request a replacement certificate (Printed and/or Digital)
- Request updates to personal details (e.g. name changes); supporting evidence will be required
To use this service, you will need:
- Learner First and Last Name
- Date of Birth
You will also need one of the below:
- Learner Number
- Postcode (at the time of achievement)
- Email Address
Once your request has been processed, printed certificates will be sent via second class post, digital certificates will be available for immediate download.
The certificate replacement fee is payable at the time of your request. The current fees are listed in the Price List
