Overview
Dives deeper into the functions of end-point assessment and the roles and responsibilities, including the planning process, recording and reporting decisions, quality assurance requirements and identifying professional development opportunities for apprentices. Your learners will learn how to manage risk factors when conducting an end-point assessment, how to manage disputes when marking, grading and recording the outcomes and how to communicate appropriately with relevant stakeholders.
The qualification is supported by the British Horseracing Authority - the National Governing Body for horseracing - and Northern Racing College
Note that your learners must be able to demonstrate the industry experience specified in the assessment plan of each standard they are deployed to end-point assess.

Qualification Progression
Qualification progression may include the Level 4 Award in Internal Quality Assurance of Assessment Processes and Practices.
Successful learners will be qualified to seek employment in appropriate paid or voluntary end-point assessment roles within their specialist subject area.
