Ordering products from the 1st4sport.com website could not be easier. You can place your order online, by phone, by fax or by post - it's up to you!
Placing Your Order Online
Our online ordering service is fully secure so you can shop with confidence. Once you've found a product you want to buy, simply click on the Add button which puts the product into your basket but doesn’t commit you to purchasing the product – you can remove it if you change your mind by clicking My Basket and then the delete button next to the product. From here you can also increase or reduce the quantity for each product.
If you have a catalogue or already know the product code, you can use our Quick Order facility just click on the Quick Order tab enter the product number and quantity and Add to Basket.
Once you are ready to complete your order click on Checkout Now which can be found on the top and bottom right-hand corner of the basket. You will then be asked to provide us with information regarding delivery and payment. If you are a new customer you will be asked to register, providing details such as name, address, email, etc which will set up your account and login details for the site. As a new customer you can choose an individual or organisation account. If you are an existing Coachwise mail order customer but haven’t yet shopped online, simply request a password by providing the email address associated with the mail order account. If you are an existing web customer you will not have to re-enter your details, simply log in.
If you have forgotten your password you can request a new temporary password to be sent to your email account. Click on the Forgotten your password? link at the top of the page and enter your email address under Request Password and we will email you a one time use password. Upon logging into the site with this new password you will be prompted to change your password to something more memorable.
Once you have confirmed your order, an email will be sent to you providing you with the details of your purchase. At this point we will pre-authorise your credit card for the value of the order, however no money will be taken from your account until your order has been despatched.

We accept valid Visa Debit and Visa Credit, Mastercard, and Maestro cards online. If you are ordering for an organisation, you have the option to complete the payment form, attach an official order and post/fax to it us - you will be invoiced accordingly. For organisations outside the UK we will issue you a pro forma for pre-payment. We also accept cheques, payable to Coachwise Ltd, should you wish to post us your order.
If we encounter a problem processing your payment we will contact you.

Unfortunately, we cannot accept web orders over £100 outside Europe due to variations in postal charges. Please ring our offices on (0044) 113 201-5555 to place your order and to get further information on postal charges and delivery times.

- Certain large products are only available for delivery in the UK and Northern Ireland. Information about product availability is clearly stated on individual product pages if delivery destinations are restricted. If in doubt call (44) 0113 201 5555 or email firstname.lastname@example.org.
We offer an immediate ‘no-quibble’ refund on all products, except CD-ROMs, if you contact us within 14 days of receiving your order. Please note CD-ROMs can only be returned if faulty or the seal is unbroken.
You may cancel within 10 days of placing your order by contacting our Customer Care Team and we will automatically refund your money in full, or send a replacement at your request.
Postage Costs for Returns
If goods are faulty when they arrive or they have been despatched in error, Coachwise Ltd will refund your postage. However, if you simply do not want the goods, then you will pay the postage costs associated with returning the goods.
