Our Returns Policy

We offer an immediate ‘no-quibble’ refund on all products, except CD-ROMs, if you contact us within 14 days of receiving your order. Please note CD-ROMs can only be returned if faulty or the seal is unbroken.

You may cancel within 10 days of placing your order by contacting our Customer Care Team and we will automatically refund your money in full, or send a replacement at your request.

Postage Costs for Returns
If goods are faulty when they arrive or they have been despatched in error, Coachwise Ltd will refund your postage. However, if you simply do not want the goods, then you will pay the postage costs associated with returning the goods.
