My Account

 

How can I change my personal details?
You can change your details by logging in and selecting the My Account tab. From here you can change your name, address, payment method, email address, password, etc. If you wish to delete your account, please contact our Customer Care Team on (44) 0113 201 5555 or email: enquiries@1st4sport.com.

 

What if I have forgotten my password?
All you need to do if you have forgotten your password is to click on the Forgotten your password? link at the top of the page and enter your email address under Request Password and we will email you a one time use password. Upon logging into the site with this new password you will be prompted to change your password to something more memorable.

 

How do I update my credit card information?
Click the My Account tab. From here you can amend your payment details.

My Order

 

Do you deliver overseas?
Yes. However, we cannot accept web orders over £100 outside Europe due to variations in postal charges. Please call our offices on (0044) 113 201-5555 to place your order and to get further information on postal charges and delivery times.

Please also note:

  • All DVDs/videos from 1st4sport.com are supplied in PAL format only.
  • Certain large products are only available for delivery in the UK and Northern Ireland. Information about product availability is clearly stated on individual product pages if delivery destinations are restricted.
  • Please allow up to 28 days for delivery.
 

How long will delivery take?
All UK orders are generally delivered in 10 working days or less, however please allow up to 28 days for deliveries. For international orders please allow up to 28 days for delivery.

 

What if I want to cancel my order after I have placed it?
You may cancel your order up to ten days after you have placed it online by contacting our Customer Care Team. We will automatically refund you the correct amount.

 

What if I decide I don't want the product when it arrives?
You will receive an immediate 'no-quibble' refund if you return your order intact within 14 days. Please note that the no-quibble guarantee does not apply to CD-ROMS. Many of our CD-ROMs are now licenced to stop piracy. This means that once installed upon your computer they cannot be used by any other user if returned. CD-ROMs can only be returned if faulty or the seal has not been broken.

 

Why was my order cancelled?
Before we cancel an order will will make every effort to contact you to let you know your order has been cancelled.

 

Can I change my delivery address?
You can choose a delivery address that is different to your billing address. Your order will be despatched to the address you specified when you placed the order. If you wish to change that address you will have to cancel your order and place a new order with the correct details.

 

How can I view my current or completed order?
You can view your current or completed orders in Order History which can be found by clicking the My Account tab when logged in.

 

Do you offer discounts on bulk orders?
Please call our Customer Care Team on (44) 0113 201 5555 to speak to us about bulk discounts.
