Momentum: The Hidden Force in Tennis
Discover how momentum can be harnessed and turned to your advantage

Momentum is a hidden force. You can sense it when competing or spectating. It is the tide of energy between the two competitors; the impetus gained from the competition. And for the first time ever, former tennis professional and expert coach, Alistair Higham, shares over five years of dedicated research on a subject which has mystified tennis players for decades.
In this ground-breaking book, you will discover how momentum can be harnessed and turned to your advantage to gain the upper hand. The theory is explained in an easy to follow format, while practical examples explain what it feels like when momentum is for you, against you or neutral.
So if you are brushing up your skills or honing your match play, then measure your momentum too.
