Part One:
Running, Walks and Hurdles wih VIS coach Peter Fortune, Harry Summers and Kath Lee. You will learn how to warm up muscles and focus minds; develop correct technique through a series of drills; and finally put it all into practice.
Part Two:
Jumps with VIS coach Kirsteen Farranve. In this video you will learn the correct techniques for the long, triple and high jumps. Individual skills include a step-by-step guide to personalising the run-up to suit each athlete.
Part Three:
Throws with VIS coach Mike Brown. You will learn the physical requirements and techniques for the demanding throwing events, including Shot-put, Discus, Javelin and Hammer Throw. Safety and physcical preparations are key elements of this programme.
