Agility ladder kit to improve speed, agility and quick footwork

This kit includes four 2m coloured ladders, which can be used individually or joined together to make a 2, 4, 6 or 8m ladder.

The ladders can be used as part of your regular circuit training routine or while warming up and cooling down. Proven to improve speed, agility and quick footwork, the ladders can also aid balance and movement.

Full kit comprises:

• 4 x ladders
• 8 x 23cm cones
• 1 x set of work cards.
