This double CD has been compliled to enable and enhance delivery of circuit training and aerobics
The Aerobics CD consists of a superb collection of evenly blocked and phrased music, to help you devise and deliver your own freestyle choreography. The music speed is accessible and sufficiently varied for warm-up, aerobic, strength/endurance and cool down routines.
The Circuits CD provides a fantastic stimulus to motivate participants to work hard and get the most out of their sessions. Some tracks have been specially timed to provide a variety of work:rest ratios - enabling you to focus on the class, instead of timing each session.
The tracks on both CDs are not the original recording artists but are songs that have been famous by current chart topping acts.
