The Warren Smith Ski Academy has been changing and developing skier’s techniques successfully for over a decade. Focusing on the four main areas of advanced skiing: carving, steeps, moguls and free rides, these new videos combine a series of technical explanations and powerful visual examples to promote skill development and allow skiers to progress more quickly when on the slopes. |
Contents:- Lesson 2 builds on the skills learned in Lesson 1 to include more complex manoeuvres such as speed training, one legged skiing, shock absorbing, pole walking, tail release and holding the edge.
