Overview:
An easy to follow collection of circuit training drills is presented for use with and without equipment. The exercises are designed to work on specific muscle groups which help develop the four key factors of sports performance. This DVD will not only maximise the performance of your players but will add interest and variety to your training sessions.
The DVD is divided into two sections. The first part will provide you with a clear understanding of circuit training, including how to prepare to organise and teach a circuit session. This section also gives information on circuit training methods, which will allow endless variations and progressive circuit sessions to be planned.
