Overview:
The Fitball, also known as the Swiss Ball, is at the forefront of sports training today, used by international sprinters, rugby players, archers, surfers, golfer and martial artists. Training on the ball is proven to enhance core stability and central body control that generates the forces to your arms and legs. This in turn results in improved power, speed and control potential, as well as the ability to change direction. Specially designed for sport and performance, the burst-resistant quality ensures that if accidentally punctured, these fitballs will deflate slowly and safely to prevent injury. Each fitball comes deflated, complete with a wall chart demonstrating different exercises for use with the fitball. | Contents:- An extensive, step by step teaching manual
