The Winning Tag Rugby approach is based on game playing. The games on the CD are intended to introduce rugby skills through fun. All the games are shown in animation and with a video clip to explain how to set them up. All the information about the games can be printed out.There are sections on:·

Support Skills
Defending skills
To introduce a skill simply choose a game based on this skill and let the children play.
The CD also comes with some sample lesson plans. |

About the Author:
Alan Jones is a full-time Tag Rugby coach who has worked for, amongst many others, London Irish and Berkshire County RFU. He has coached Tag Rugby for many years and during this time has developed his own coaching methods based on game playing. Using these methods, children learn the game's skills quickly and enjoy the experience.
Alan is also a Tag Rugby tutor, who is highly regarded for his ability to pass on his knowledge effectively and enjoyably, and is part of the RFU Community Rugby Development Team. |
