Overview:
The software includes three main components. A records database, programming and design tools and reference and educational tools. Tried and tested by Loughborough University and used by eight Universities throughout the country. ASSIST Trainer allows you to: Create letters in your own style and store them next to your client's record. Record your client's goals using the suggested headings, ensuring the goals are well defined and achievable. Choose your own assessment criteria for each client, record the results and compare with previous assessments. Create personalised programmes for your clients (or revise ones previously created). Create fully periodized meso and micro cycles and devise a simple day by day training schedule. Print off personalised analysis programmes to give to your clients at a touch of a button. Receive on-line help at any time from the manufacturers. NOTE:. A floppy disk drive is required for the installation of Assist Trainer.
