Overview:
The innovative 'learning through games' approach is games-centred rather than technique-centred.
This CD-Rom contains 10 interesting but demanding games that progressively challenge and motivate players to develop skills and strategies and understand rules. It also contains 48 activities that complement the games, highlighting the key skills. So if pupils/players struggle with any of the 10 games, simply introduce a relevant activity. In addition, 10 fundamental football skills are illustrated with footage and guidance notes are available via a link from the 10 games or the main menu.
With the game being the focus of the lesson, rather than the specific technique, children are challenged to think about what they are doing and why.
